At Gibson, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
